Yesterday night, unable to relax, I decided that few miles might help me to unwind. My usual lap is about 5-6 miles with some gentle slopes; mostly just an exercise in headspace than grueling cardiovascular.

About 3/4 of the way through, however, ominious peals of thunder and flashes of lightning decided to accompany me. Suffice it to say, never try to outrun the storm, you’ll only end up tired as well as wet.
