Did P90X Plyometrics today. The experience is precisely how I imagine a severe beating to feel. Need hot soak and fist-full of Ibuprofen. #
I’m not usually a fan of the capes & tights shtick, but I really enjoyed Alan Moore’s Top 10 series (and spin-offs). #
