Bear with me as I take the various boot camp, multi-boot, virtualization options on a bit of a thought experiment.
- Install OS X 10.5.8 (Snow Leopard) on an Apple computer
- Next, install Windows 7 on said machine using Apple’s built in Boot Camp.
- Then, use Virtual Box to access that Windows 7 disk image for virtualization from OS X.
- Not done yet! Now boot up in Windows 7 and use Rebel EFI to install OS X on your Windows 7 machine.
Congragulations, you now have a system with more ways to boot or virtualize OS X and Windows 7 than any sane person has a right too. Oh, I suppose you could shoe-horn in some flavors of Linux just for good measure. :-)
