JustHost is perilously close to joining GoDaddy (aka NoDaddy!) on my list of “avoid at any cost” web hosting providers. Trying to decide if it is a technical limitation or just the astonishingly poor reading comprehension skills of their support staff.
Update: After being told “No, everything is working fine”, I sent hard proof that NO, it is NOT… five minutes later, settings on the account were changed and POOF error gone… and Ticket System marked the ticket as “resolved”. No acknowledgment or reply. Well, I guess I can live with resolution, even if they won’t confess they were wrong.
