I love the way Popular Science rates their How2.0 articles; from “Safe” to “Crazy”. Safe tends to involve things like DVD/HDTV connection instructions, while Crazy ranges up to Basement Nuclear Reactors. I imagine someone out there with a sense of technical karma has built a Nuclear Powered DVD Player in their basement.
