Virtual Bike Update…. Sweet Home Alabama

The virtual cycling exercise program has been updated to include all mileage up till tonight. This weekend, I made it to Alabama with continued (modest) increases in mileage. Soon, I’ll have to increase my pedaling speed or add a morning session, since I really don’t want speed too much of my evening on the bike.

Currently, my virtual bike is somewhere outside of Gadsen, Alabama.
