Repeated Dream: Stop/Rewind/Fast-Forward

Had a repeat of that dream where I can fast-rewind & pause back through an area’s past in time. This was slightly different, because I was actually, physically causing an area to revert back through its past  (instead of just a observational effect).  It didn’t affect people, but say I was in an overgrown field where there was a town in the past… I could make go back to a field, then a pile of rubble from an earthquake or battle, then a pristine town at its height, then a settlement, then a camp, then an empty field again. I could pause it, reverse it or just stop it and leave the place in its past state for as long as I liked.

I found myself fast-forwarding and rewinding various places to watch how they changed over time. I eventually went on to become the world’s foremost field archeologist (if with a somewhat unfair advantage).
